The following is pertinent information to ensure the success of your African hunting safari. Please read over this information completely. Below, I will address some of the issues that I am asked most often by hunters going on safari.

T.I.A. stands for “This is Africa” : Things will be unfamiliar, people who speak different languages, a pace that moves a bit slower than what you may be used to, be prepared for sudden changes e.g. gun or hunting policies and people who even drive on the wrong side of the road!

When in Africa enjoy all the new things you see and people you meet. Remember you are 10,000 miles from home and in a foreign country. Feel free to ask any questions that I may not have addressed in the travel hints or information you need clarification on.
DOCUMENTS: Make copies of everything, even your birth certificate, bring these copies with on your trip and pack them in a separate bag from your originals!

I will send you a form called “Booking Contract and Indemnity”. This information must be filled out in order for me to complete your paperwork. PLEASE fill in this form with the information of everyone in your group and email it back to me. With this information I will also be able to work with my contact at Custom Travel, if you want to use them, to secure your flights.

On the document we ask about possible game wanted over and above your package.  This information is very important to us to plan your safari before you get here as we hunt a few different concessions for different species. You are not locked into these animals, but please only list ones you are seriously interested in hunting.

South Africa law requires us to have these contracts before you can hunt with us.
