Bob Schultz Safari
Saturday, 26th May 2012
Bob and Yolanda Schultz's Safari began on Tuesday 15 May 2012 - all went well with flights, bags, Afton & gun permits.
Wednesday 16 May 2012 - Bob got a Zebra at 40 yards - freee hand shot which he took very quick - a big surprise for Bob and the Zebra !!
dinner was Wildebeest Goulash, veg & triffle desert.
Thursday 17 May 2012 - Bob got a Nice Gemsbok at 180 yards and he and Yolanda are enjouing the beauty and seeing all the game out here.
dinner was Lasange with ground game meat, veges, garlic bread, pickled onions and ice cream and chocolate sauce for desert.
Friday 18 May 2012 - Bob took a Great OLD KUDU ! a very tough hunt.
dinner tonight - Roast chicken with stuffing, veges, roasted regular and white sweet potoatoes , green salad and desert, a sweetmilk tart.
Saturday 19 May 2012 - Bob hunted a common Springbok and Blesbok today - a nice crisp clear day around 60 F. They are having a great time with John, our PH.
dinner was a braai tonight / BBQ , on open fire and coals, outside - Karoo lamb chops, pork bacon, kudu sausage, chicken wings, boiled potatoes finished off in the coals and toasted cheese, onion and tomato on the coals !!
Sunday 20 May 2012 - Bob added an Impala to his bag this morning - this one was an easy hunt which Bob is glad was easy ! He and Yolanda have rested up the rest of the day.
Monday 21 May 2012 - Bob took a Red Hartebeest today.
Tuesday 22 May 2012 - Bob hunted a Black Wildebeest cow and tried for a monkey.
Wednesday 23 May 2012 - Bob eventually bagged a monkey after a tough 2 days on this !!
Dinner was game steaklets and chow mein ( chinese noodles ) with chop sticks !! ( but the knives an forks were used ! )
Thursday 24 May 2012 - Yolanda went out hunting with he husband Bob everyday and had a great time !
After and early Breakfast John, their PH, took them back to PE for their flight home - a Great safari with 9 animals taken by Bob.
