A Klipspringer will have a live weight of 30 pounds.

Only the rams have horns.

They live  in pairs on rocky outcrops on high cliffs near thick bush.  They graze in openings in early morning, night and evening.

Klipspringers are difficult to hunt and shots may have to be taken at 250-400 yards.

Their diet consists mostly of leaves ( browser ) and they do not need to drink water.
