Hunting prohibited. Eats only ants and termites and looks pig like, but is harmless. Ecologically very important species. Weighs about 100 - 150 pounds. Mostly Nocturnal but in winter when food gets scarce they are seen feeding in the day. Shy with huge teriitories so seldom seen. They dig large holes and live in these burrows which can be very long.
