Hunting prohibited.
Eats only ants, termites and insects.Large ears used to listen for food underground which they then dig out.
Species is harmless.
Ecologically very important species.
Weighs about 10 pounds.
Mostly Nocturnal but in winter when food gets scarce they are seen feeding in the day.
They live in holes often dug by the Aardvark.
