Lost or delayed luggage on arrival

LOST/DELAYED/STOLEN BAGS/MISSING ITEMS:

Unfortunately bags can be delayed, stolen or items missing upon your arrival or return. YOU MUST report this immediately to the airline Baggage Claim. Get this is writing from the airline. Contact Richard Holmes Safaris ranch ( RHS ) and the Afton House if this occurs in Africa. Afton safari lodge / house's reps will ensure you get the permit for your guns in absentia. This is why it is good measure to use Afton so you have help if something goes missing and all the other assistacne they also offer.

Ensure you get a copy of the gun permit and ensure a copy goes to baggage claim and then be on your way to PE.

The airline may then legally deliver your bag/s AND your guns to the guest house or to the Richard Holmes Safaris ranch as they will have the gun permit.
