Your South African Hunting Safari & Side Trips

TO CAMP:

The drive to RHS ranch takes about 3 ½ - 4 hours and flies by as you are in Africa and looking at everything. Once at the lodge you will be greeted by the staff and your PH and your gear will be unloaded in the rondavel or lodge room for your stay. Once settled in come to the Lodge to relax. The next morning a trip to the range to make sure there was no damage to your rifles then hunting begins.
Enjoy yourselves. RHS and our staff will make you welcome and take care of everything. Safety at camp is not an issue though we do suggest you lock all money away in your bags. Everyone you will have contact with will do everything in their power to assist you and make your stay one to remember.

SIDE TRIPS:

There is normally time after a few days of hunting to do some sight seeing e.g. Owl house, Graaff Reinet etc & Marion runs a wild cat sanctuary so you will have an opportunity to see some of these animals. Addo Elephant National Park on the return is a chance to see wild elephants. Ask ahead of time about side trips. These may affect your flights. Good PE guides also offer many great trips around PE.
